The holiday home with its large private swimming pool is situated on a 5 hectare site. Therefore there's plenty of space for the children to play to their heart's content. Casa Belmonte is also located at the end of a quiet, dead-end street, so there is no traffic nuisance.
The house is completely detached and furnished in a contemporary, country style. It has a total living area of 200 m². The dining room, kitchen and living room together form a beautiful, connected whole, creating a large open space.
The open kitchen is equipped with all conveniences. For example, you can use a dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, vitro-ceramic hob, fridge with large freezer and a coffee maker. There is more than enough crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking pots and pans. In a separate room there is also a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron.
The dining room, with its large wooden table and 8 chairs, connects seamlessly to the open kitchen . From here, through the windows, you have a beautiful view of the landscape around Casa Belmonte.
The living area has a spacious sitting room with pellet stove and has TV with Chromecast. From here you can also go to the terrace through patio doors, where the large teak outdoor table with 8 comfortable seats is located. There is WiFi everywhere in the house.
From the kitchen as well as from the dining room you have access through patio doors to the large, covered terrace of 60 m² with barbecue at the rear of the house. The spacious swimming pool is accessible from here by means of a majestic staircase.
On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with a double box-spring bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe.
This room has a private bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
On the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms, each with double box-spring beds, bedside tables and a wardrobe.
These rooms have a spacious surface of 16 m².
The upper floor has 2 bathrooms, both with a shower, sinks and a private toilet.
The largest bathroom also has a bathtub.
